ince I began my career in 2000, Pilates exercises have been an integral inclusion for my clients, whether I was working in the gym, one-to-one, group exercise teaching, GP referrals or rehabilitation sessions, Pilates proved to be a discipline that enabled my clients to meet their goals.

Nicky’s initial interest in sports massage developed from being a professional sports woman for many years, riding and competing in dressage at advanced level.

Sara has over 20 years of experience in the NHS providing support, therapy, management and consultancy in a range of mental health settings.
