My aim is to bring you health & well-being, both physically & mentally. I am sharing my love of Pilates and well-being through my group classes, online Zoom sessions, 1-to-1 programmes, and retreat days.

ince I began my career in 2000, Pilates exercises have been an integral inclusion for my clients, whether I was working in the gym, one-to-one, group exercise teaching, GP referrals or rehabilitation sessions, Pilates proved to be a discipline that enabled my clients to meet their goals.

Emma has practised Pilates since 2002 and is a qualified Mat Level 3 Pilates instructor, trained under the renowned Pilates trainer Michael King (MKPilates).

Nicky’s initial interest in sports massage developed from being a professional sports woman for many years, riding and competing in dressage at advanced level.
