Therapist Background:
I have been a counsellor for 7 years and in private practice now for 5 years. I trained and gained a Hons degree in Counselling from Sunderland University. I have experience of working with children adults and the elderly in a variety of settings, such as in schools, the local hospice supporting clients with bereavement. I have gained extensive experience in working with suicidal ideation where I gained experience and understanding whilst working within Samaritans. I also work on line as a bereavement counsellor.

Therapist Approach:
I am an integrative counsellor which means I use a variety of modalities and treat everyone as an individual and use the modality that suits the clients needs, which maybe person centred CBT or creatively.
