I use mixed modalities of Counselling skills, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in my practice. I use a variety of modalities and tools from the hypnotherapy and psychotherapy models, to aid clients in self understanding. I draw from; Carl Jung, Attachment Theory, Carl Rogers, Gestalt, Sigmund Freud, Psychoanalysis, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and much more. I have a great interest in my work and am a deep and considered thinker, drawing from many philosophies & psychotherapeutic models.
